It was a busy night for Raw’s champions as WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James competed against Jillian. The Women’s Champion defeated the Diva songstress, but before she could celebrate her win, Katie Lea Burchill ran to the ring and attacked Mickie in a bid to impress Raw’s new GM. Katie Lea then escaped back to the ramp where her brother Paul awaited, and stated their desires for the WWE Women’s and Intercontinental Championships, respectively.

RAW’s Mickie James is actually the #1 search on Yahoo.com today (July 27, 2008). Now please don’t get us wrong, Mickie is by far the hottest Diva currently employed by the WWE (sorry Michelle fans), but she’s being searched under her other name. Why are so many fans searching for Alexis Laree? Did WWE.com accidentally reveal to the masses that you’ll find Mickie’s adult photos if you search under her other name? Psych? Anyways, congratulations to Mickie on securing the top honor over at Yahoo.com!!!!

We’ve added some captures of Mickie from the May 22nd edition of OVW TV, where she collected donations with Jillian Hall for a local children’s charity.

WWE Women’s champion Mickie James will be appearing on an upcoming episode of the USA Network’s original series “Psych”. The roller derby-themed episode will air on 9/6. USA’s website lists the plot for the episode as, “Juliet going undercover as a skater to solve a number of robberies that are linked to a roller derby team.”
